Central Phoenix
Central Phoenix has some of the oldest housing stock in the Valley, including historic districts with galvanized supply lines, cast iron drains, and clay sewer laterals. Mature trees mean frequent root intrusion, and copper pinhole leaks are common.
Northeast Valley
The Northeast Valley mixes luxury custom homes with semi-rural acreage. We handle recirculation systems, radiant heating, outdoor kitchens, and gas lines, as well as private wells and septic systems on larger lots.
East Valley
The East Valley gets water from SRP and the CAP canal, both very hard. Water heaters, softeners, and fixture repairs are our most common calls. Newer master-planned communities often have PEX plumbing and tankless heaters, while older neighborhoods may have copper and polybutylene.
West Valley
The West Valley is one of the fastest-growing areas in the country. Newer homes need water softeners, reverse osmosis, and water heater service. Some of the hardest water in the metro is found here, and many communities sit on expansive soils that can stress slab plumbing.
North Valley
The North Valley includes newer master-planned communities and rural desert properties. Septic systems, private wells, and long water service lines are common, along with exposed plumbing that is vulnerable during winter cold snaps.
Pinal County
Pinal County communities are growing fast. Many properties rely on septic systems and private or small-utility water systems, and hard water is the norm. We serve new construction and established homes across the county.
Southern Arizona
Southern Arizona has hard water, older adobe and block homes with aging plumbing, and plenty of septic and well systems in outlying areas. Monsoon storms can overwhelm drains and cause sewer backups.
Northern Arizona
Northern Arizona sees real winters, with sub-freezing nights from November through March. Frozen and burst pipes, well pumps, septic systems, boilers, and pipe insulation are common needs, along with basement and sump pump service.
